meet the founder

I started Build Strong because I was genuinely tired of what the wellness and fitness industry has become. There’s so much misinformation out there that most people don’t even know where to start, and honestly, I don’t blame them, I was there once.

I’ve lived this work. I’ve rebuilt my own body after injury. I’ve coached clients through metabolic dysfunction, burnout, hormonal chaos, and years of believing “willpower” was the problem. What I’ve seen over and over is this: the industry keeps people overwhelmed because confusion sells.

I’m not here for that.

Build Strong is my answer: a whole system reset.
